How to find your orders, what your order reference is for and how to reach the print team.
How to reach us
Call or message 0810 753 7601, or chat with SwiftPrint on WhatsApp. The print team can help with products, quantities, artwork and existing orders.
Prices are shown on each product page. If you are asking about an order, have your order reference ready so the team can find it quickly.
Finding your orders
Sign in to the account you checked out with, then open My orders from the account menu. It shows your orders newest first, including orders marked Awaiting payment.
When an order appears
A job in your cart is not an order. Checkout creates an order when it opens Korapay’s payment page, so it can appear in My orders before it is paid. An Awaiting payment status does not mean we have received payment. Only pay through checkout, and treat any other request for money as unverified.
