How ordering works
A simple guide to choosing a product, seeing your price, supplying artwork and placing your order.
1. Choose the right product
Browse by category or search for the item you want to print. Each product page shows its available options, minimum order and estimated production time.
2. Select your quantity and options
Quantities, materials and finishes vary by product. Choose from the options shown on the product page; if a combination is unavailable, the page will explain why. Your price updates as you change your selections.
3. Review the price
Prices are shown in Nigerian naira. Check the total for your chosen quantity and options before continuing. Delivery is priced separately at checkout.
4. Add artwork and continue to payment
Upload your artwork and add the job to your cart. At checkout, sign in and choose pickup or delivery. If you choose delivery, you will see the available options and price for your address before you pay.
When you continue to payment, SwiftPrint creates your order, marks it as Awaiting payment and opens Korapay’s secure payment page. The order appears in My orders while payment is incomplete or awaiting confirmation. Once payment is confirmed, its status updates. Keep the order reference for any questions about it.
